At Bandit Running, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure you get back to your run as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
